If we were in Sweden, I would have gorged on multiple semlor, also known as fettisdagbullar, or Fat Tuesday buns. They are not vegan. They're little cardamom-scented buns that get carved out and filled with almond paste and whipped cream. I WANT ONE NOW. 

Depending on where you're from in Sweden, you either eat them as is or you soak them in a bowl of warm milk and eat with a spoon. Both ways make them death bombs for lactose intolerants like me, but they're worth the war with my innards.
